Workout Diary
Monday
The week started of with a workout at the gym. I trained back and arms. It was a really great workout because it got to do it in the morning. I'm also a coach of a soccer team and we had a practice that day. Everything went well and the kids very happy to play soccer!
Tuesday
On Tuesday I decided to do a HIIT workout. I went to a football field and did a workout that consisted of some abs movements, running, and some tricks with a football. I had so much during that workout because it consisted of all of my favorite things.
Wednesday
That day I had a day off from working out. I just rested and did my homework because I had bunch of unfinished school work to do. My soccer team had also few games that night so I wouldn't have time to exercise.
Thursday
I did another workout at the gym. I trained shoulders and chest that day. It was a semi good workout but I didn't have as much energy as I was hoping to have.
Friday
On Friday it was time to do some cardio! I ran for about on hour outside. It felt really good because of the warm weather. At the end of my run I went to a track to do some sprints. I was so tired after that workout!
Saturday
I did a leg workout that day! It was such a hard workout and I was so dead afterwards. I was happy that it was the last workout of the week.
Sunday
As mentioned I had done all of my workouts of the weeks so I had another day off. All I did that day was rest, rest and rest.
